We have a great local rock scene here in VA (which I follow several of them regularly), but nothing like the originalilty of Roy, B-Man, Icky and now "Pop Tart"........ These guys have worked so hard through so much and there is absolutley no reason for anyone to talk like that about them. If you don't like them, then why have you spent so much time and effort to write on here? I have to say I love THE FIFTH and I will continue to support them where ever they go and in whatever they do!!! Love you guys!!! But I did happen to catch them some years ago i believe at the Ft Bragg fair. Roy still has the vocals(and if he's as good now as then WOW) he had playing at the Flaming Mug years ago. And I still remember him as a stand up, honest, tell you like it is guy in high school. And he is still turning heads. Must have something going for him. We saw The Fifth, we were captured from the beginning. They play a range of rock not just so called 80's rock. I listen to various types of rock and The Fifth can be catagorized in alot of them. The one thing that truely endures us to them is the geniune love for music, there fans and our soldiers. They are unselfish and for them to put on a show like they do is priceless. I think alot of people have truely forgotten how to have fun without getting in a fight or in (to much) trouble.
